NB: If you don’t usually attend these classes don’t worry, all welcome! As always there are loads of options given, so you can work at your own level. It’s your body, your workout!
Fit Blast The session is a mix of cardio exercises such as running/marching on the spot, knee lifts and strength exercises such as squats, bicep curls etc. You can work at your own level and pace. The final 20minutes is a pilates section, focusing on abdominals and backs, with a relaxing stretch to finish.
Pilates is a brilliant form of exercise which helps you improve your posture, tone and strengthen your abdominals, back and pelvic floor, increase flexibility, challenge your balance and coordination, release tension and help you de-stress. Great for all fitness levels from beginners to the more advanced exerciser, including Andy Murray.
